01Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Techno Ved IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), the maker of WAFlow. By installing the WAFlow Chrome extension, applying a license key, requesting a trial, or signing in to the license portal, you agree to be bound by them. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.

02What WAFlow is

WAFlow is a Chrome extension that adds Kanban boards, chatbot flows, canned responses, broadcasts, a calendar and an AI assistant on top of WhatsApp Web, together with a license server that activates and checks those features. WAFlow is an independent product — it is not made, endorsed or affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way, and it depends entirely on WhatsApp Web continuing to work the way it currently does.

03Your license

A WAFlow license is issued to a specific WhatsApp number, not to a device. For as long as that license is active:

• It may be used on any number of browsers or computers signed in to WhatsApp Web with that number — there is no per-device limit.
• It may not be used with a different WhatsApp number than the one it was issued for, and may not be shared, resold or sublicensed on your own account outside of our official reseller program (see below).
• We may suspend or revoke it for the reasons set out under Suspension and revocation.

The license is a right to use the software for as long as it's active — it is not a sale of the software itself, and no source code or ownership rights transfer to you.

04Free trials

Where offered, a free trial gives full access to WAFlow for a limited period, at no cost, so you can evaluate it before buying. Trials are limited to one per WhatsApp number; requests that look like an attempt to obtain repeat trials for the same number or business may be declined. A trial carries no payment obligation and is not covered by the Refund Policy, since nothing is paid for one.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use WAFlow to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or anything that violates WhatsApp's own Terms of Service — your WhatsApp account remaining in good standing with Meta is entirely your own responsibility, not ours.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or bypass the license checks in the extension, or interfere with another customer's license.
• Use WAFlow for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm, disable or overburden the license server.
• Misrepresent your identity, your WhatsApp number, or the company details attached to a license or a rebranded build.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including suspending the license involved, as described below.

06Reselling WAFlow

Our Extensions module lets approved resellers build and distribute their own branded copy of WAFlow — their own name, logo, colour and website address — and issue licenses to their own customers under that brand. If you're a reseller:

• You're responsible for the support, billing and conduct of your own customers, and for representing WAFlow's features and pricing accurately.
• Your customers' contract is with you, not directly with us, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
• We may suspend your reseller account, and licenses issued fraudulently through it, if these terms or your reseller agreement are breached.

07Fees and payment

Licenses are billed as arranged at the time of purchase — directly with us, or with the reseller who issued your license — using whatever payment method was agreed at that time. We don't process card payments inside the extension or the license portal itself. Renewal pricing and terms are communicated before a renewal is due; a license that isn't renewed simply stops validating when it expires, it isn't auto-charged. Refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy.

08Suspension and revocation

We (or, for a reseller-issued license, your reseller) may suspend or revoke a license for:

• Non-payment or a reversed/disputed payment
• A violation of Acceptable use above
• Evidence of fraud, abuse, or a license being used for a WhatsApp number it wasn't issued to

A suspended or revoked license is checked and rejected the next time WhatsApp Web reloads — WAFlow's premium features simply stop working; nothing is deleted from your device.

09Third-party services

WAFlow runs inside WhatsApp Web, a service we don't operate or control — changes Meta makes to it may affect or break WAFlow's compatibility without notice, and we aren't liable for that. If you connect your own OpenAI, Gemini or Anthropic API key to the AI Assistant, or your own webhook endpoint, your use of those services is governed by your agreement with that provider, not by us.

10Ownership

WAFlow, its code, design and the WAFlow name and mark are the property of Techno Ved IT Solutions. A license gives you the right to use the software as described above — it does not transfer any ownership, and you may not copy, modify or redistribute the extension outside of an approved reseller build.

11No warranty

WAFlow is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and compatible with WhatsApp Web, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future change WhatsApp or Meta makes to their platform.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Techno Ved IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of WAFlow — including lost business, lost messages, or a WhatsApp account being restricted or banned by Meta. Our total liability for any claim relating to WAFlow is limited to the amount you paid for the license in question in the twelve months before the claim.

13Termination

You may stop using WAFlow at any time by removing the extension. We may suspend or terminate your license or portal account for the reasons set out in Suspension and revocation, or if we discontinue WAFlow entirely, with reasonable notice where practical.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continuing to use WAFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
